BEST of Bosnia Herzegovina food : Bosanski Lonac !
The Bosnian Pot, Bosanski Lonac, is a culinary specialty of Bosnia Herzegovina which has it all. It is very tasty, is very easy to prepare, and can be made with whatever meats or vegetables you have in your kitchen. The basic idea is to alternate layers of chunks of meat and of vegetables in a pot, add some wine and spices, cover and let cook. The sort of dish we all should have in our repertoire!
